Racewalk West is a Vancouver, BC, Canada based club dedicated to perfecting and popularising race walk as a sport. The club was inspired to form in 2001 by Joanne Fox who convinced Blair Miller and Gerry Dragomir, among others, that doing this was a good thing.

Since that time Racewalk West athletes have come to dominate the sport in Canada at every level from Youth to Master.

We are now using this site to publish as much information as possible on what we have discovered. Our hope is that others in Canada and abroad will be able to use this information to improve and will likewise share what they learn.

After all, we’re all in this together and nobody beats the clock.
